Yes, Google still has a long way to go to improve the declining quality of the search results. Maybe even leverage the power of social search for a change. But you, the user, need to realize that Google can’t win that war by itself. It can, at most, not lose it. However, with your power to discern between information and noise, spammers can be put out of business.
I believe that while mobile computing takes over conventional computing, gaming is bound to spill over into the real world. And there is a great opportunity waiting for the one who gets there first.
HTML5 is winning the battle against Flash, one baby step at the time.
I got this gut feeling last night, when Radu told me:

Last week, I attended OpenCoffee, where Radu Gergescu shared a few of his many experiences in starting up.
One night I was working on TimeOP. In the backround I was playing tunes from di.fm. I receive this text message from a high school computer science professor. The text message was like “Are you still on Tuesday, the 16th of November 2010 ?”. The message didn’t make any sense, especially since I hadn’t talked to this guy in years (although we got along really well in high school). I was actually wondering how he got my number.
Next thing I know I violently wake up. I had had the weirdest startup nightmare. And yes, it was about TimeOP.
Now you may think it was about our project failing to get traction. Or about my being naked in a room fool of VCs. Or maybe about potential clients just walking out on my presentation. But no, no…. it was far more interesting.
